Your 'brand' is whatever you want it to be. You're an actor. You can play whatever you like. Especially any 'job type' or vocation you like. Just know that there will be certain physical and energetic boundaries to that.
For example.... if you're a tiny dude with a high pitched voice, you could potentially still play a biker... but you won't be the big beefy biker.. you'll be the tiny biker with a high pitched voice. But you can still play a biker if your heart desires it.
Look at actors like Benedict Cumberbatch, Meryl Streep, Matthew McConaughey and Christian Bale. What would their 'brand' be? They cross boundaries and play all kinds of characters - and if you have the talent, you can too.
