Elke Osadnik/Berry has been working as a Recruitment Subject Matter Expert for over 23 years including a specific focus on cross-border recruitment and immigration. Since commencing her own US visa journey (Elke is an actor, who came to the US in 2011 on an O-1B visa for acting) Elke eventually took her interest in US immigration to great depths, working for several reputable firms, learning from the inside-out, what is required in order to ensure a favorable client outcome. From here, Elke was encouraged by several clients to start Stateside Careers, a business that focuses on ensuring that O-1A/B and EB1-A visa seekers are receiving the full depth + breadth of information that they require, in order to effectively navigate their own respective visa journeys. Elke's business focuses on providing her clients with effective, up-to-date, technically accurate information that has a street-smart edge to it.
