Josh Einsohn is a world renowned casting director with 25 years experience.
He grew up in Dallas and then went to Washington University in St. Louis, where he graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Drama.
He worked his way up in the film world, cutting his teeth as an assistant and associate with companies such Burrows/Boland Casting on The Polar Express, and Debra Zane Casting with Fast Five among others.
Josh worked as an assistant and associate on his first massively successful show The West Wing, continuing as an associate on Mad Men and Life.
Soon after, he took the reigns as CD on huge shows like Community, This Is Us, I’m Dying Up Here, Atypical, Love Victor, Black Monday and Penny Dreadful: City of Angels.
Josh is now one of the powerhouse casting directors at Telsey and Co. He is a two time nominee for the CSA Artios Awards, for Chosen and This Is Us.
